According to this theory, every Bitcoin bull cycle takes longer time than the previous cycle to complete.

As we can see above, the 2013 Cycle took approximately 22 months to complete the bull cycle. The 2017 Cycle took approx. 35 months. We are currently in the 32nd month of the 2021 cycle. Clearly, the 2021 cycle has fallen behind the 2013 cycle as shown in the above chart.

If we need to keep pace with the 2017 Cycle, Bitcoin has to hit it's cycle peak by November - December.
